You can use the "relationships" section to mark an issue as a duplicate or whatever. Giving anyone who signed up permission to modify issue status and such would open the door to abuse. Even if the permissions could be limited enough to avoid abuse, it's very easy for people to actually make life more difficult while trying to be helpful.
A better idea would be appointing one or two volunteers to help manage things, kind of like forum moderators. However, given the relatively low volume and extremely high quality of the reports, I suspect the bulk of the work involved actually requires real decision making and can't easily be delegated outside the team. |

ahh I forget you could do that manually(im tired okay!) but just to clarify for prudence's my idea was to give this option to literally just the person who reported not make it so a random person could look at your report and delete it to be a dick to be honest it just worry about the team having to manage all these big games at once especially with them being a small company. |

Unfortunately we didn't write the mantis software, and that's not a feature that the people who created it provided. :( |

you didn't make this? 0_0 I honestly thought this site was your making. |

Nope. The copyright at the bottom refers to the original designers of it. Making something like this would be really hard to do, given how Chris and Keith are pretty much always making games. |
