Descriptioncurrent before trust fall below 1000, you can keeep ask them to run a steal for you... And I gain about 24000 crowns from doing so.I know in long term thats a not a good idea but I dont think this should be allow in a turn base game (that changes too much in a turn)
suggestion :cannot allow neutral races to help you steal something when trust is below 0

For 0.904 (just going through a bunch of records this impacts) :

* All old diplomacy-screen-based mechanics have been removed.
