Summary0001680: Cloaked Penetrator-Ship invisible for all, but not for Raid-Engines.
DescriptionPlaying against a raid engine, I though, with a cloaked penetrator ship can go through the defence and kill some hard stuff. But this Cloaked-Penetrator-Ship will be detected by Raid-Engines. So I delivered my deadly package, but get 2000 small packages back cause triggered 6!! times a Raid-Engine-Wave by my invisible journey through enemies space.

After decloaking and firing his load its okay, to trigger a Raid-Engine, but not by invisible walking through some systems without doing anything.
Remark: a transporter never triggered a Raid-Engine, so I think, thats a bug with this penetrator-triggering.

The AI is aware when you have cloaked ships on its planet, just not what they are or where they are on the planet. This is the same level of intel you have on your planets, incidentally. So, same as you rally your forces when there are cloaked ships threatening you even though you can't see them, the AI does the same in cases like what you describe.
