DescriptionWhen you discover a new race, sometimes the notification doesn't show up until 3-4 seconds after. This may be related to (or part of) slow interturns, but I'm reporting it separately just in case.

Do you have a savegame that can duplicate this? There was an issue with these notifications in general in 0.840 and back, so it may be fixed in 0.841 already. If you see that again once the new version is out, please let us know!

Been playing around in 0.850 and 0.851, but haven't met any new races yet. Might need to start a new game, or something.
