Summary	0017006: No Yali on Mars or Europa
Description	The Yali never make it out of worldgen on these maps. The game starts with them dead. As usual, I'm on board with this - you guys wanted different worlds, and the underwater snakes not living on the ice planet or a desert adds to that. I'm still starting games with skill in Yalven, so how about restricting starting language skills to the languages of living races?
