| Description | "Building damaged from insufficient staff", and "it takes care to operate this building" are not clear to me as to what the problem is. The tooltip could be more descriptive about how to fix this problem. Also - the icon for this state looks like an upside down helicopter. I'm not sure how this icon relates to the issue at hand. | ||||

Thanks! * There is now a separate icon for the "building damaged from insufficient staff," which makes it no longer look like a helicopter accident. |
