Description | The effect of litter on crime and then crime on death is too high. I believe the solution is to swap how many people are killed by crime and are injured by crime. Also cap the amount of crime caused by litter, or at least apply a nonlinear transformation. In the forum someone posted about a disaster where they bulldozed a dump before their replacement dumps were online and this caused a death spiral. I experienced the same thing. Destroy the dumps, starts killing. The graveyards then fill and the process continues. For laughs, in the attached save, destroy the dumps. You may need to turn off the recycling plants for a few turns first. | ||||
