Just after construction the tooltip states I've got wounded people and applies a malus, but I've got 0 wounded. That might be "working" as intended (low effectiveness for the first turns ?) but it's confusing.

In your save, once I place a building, I wind up with 1 wounded pretty fast. That wounded guy then stops working at each place when he can, and then goes back to work when he has to. I didn't observe any cases where there was no wounded person but there was a wounded-person message. That said, your report has inspired _several_ important changes.

* The chance of accidents in cities with citizen count below 1000 is now 0 in all cases.
** Under 5000 citizens, the chance of accidents is scaled a bit slower from what it normally would be, too.
** This prevents random wounded citizens early in the game, and the confusion that can go with that.

* The lander now heals a small number of citizens per turn, so if there are just a couple of wounded citizens you'll wind up with that solving itself in a small city. That makes hospitals less required for a super-small city where there is a wounded person or two and annoyance just from that minor case, not something larger.

Sorry again, I'm not clear enough again. I'll try to improve. In case you're going back there I was referring to the tooltip at the bottom.

It says :
- Efficiency 26.67%
- 0.53 from staff position
- 0.5 from wounded.

I'm at turn 8 or something, is reproducable by starting a game, unlocking and building 3 engineer buildings, but it's in the save.

Can you upload a save where that's actually happening? I tried and what I was seeing was that it was correct. Basically that I had half staff, and that staff was wounded, so it was reduced yet again. I could not make it create a case that was incorrect, and now my current working version of the game is patched in such a way it wouldn't be possible.

By the way, glad to know it inspired change =). That last one was with 0.875, but you've got 0.876 out ? Maybe it changed things. But it's not updating yet.

0.876 is just my working copy right now, but it will be out tonight. Anyhow, yeah, it's already inspired good change. I'll check out that save now. :)

All right, got this one too now, thanks!

* Fixed a rather serious bug in how the wounded at location percentage multiplier was being calculated in the last version, and thus what it was doing to your percent efficiency at a building.
