Summary0017350: Building placement... Where and Why?
DescriptionWithout a tutorial, it took me a while to figure out why I would want to build any of the resource buildings (didn't even notice the greyed out resource numbers at the top). Obviously, this will be rectified by a tutorial later, but I want to log a suggestion for a guidance on the initial placement, especially making special tiles (resources, etc.) stand out clearly.

After the initial placement, I started figuring out when resources were running low and fixing them. Obviously, I want science. Then apparently I want more population so I can build more science buildings. Then...? This might be fixed by more tooltips, etc. Perhaps the tech tree could point out what unlocks victory-condition critical buildings to produce culture, etc.?

Apologies if this is a bit too much of a ramble, but it all seemed to go together in my head. I think there's a solid game here, but the lack of units is wreaking havoc with my 4x historical knowledge.

I _think_ that the new top bar style as of the new version should make this a lot more clear, although there are some more incremental improvements we'll also be making.
