Descriptioni understand relays are meant to help bypass the defenses bloackade strategy. their current placement on adjacent wormholes is too vulnerable and easily counter scouted and attacked. it would be good if you added one to the relay ranges and put it a system back from the front. i realize this would take a bit more logic for placement since you would be placing it in systems generally not on alert, however the force required to counter them would make them more impactful and allow them to occasionally go off. i have not seen warp relays succeed since their inclusion since they are so easily suppressed at this time. i myself would not be against allowing all the systems adjacent to allerted systems to get the relays at the same time or even form them to be a standard part of the ai defense network from the start of the game and only turn on once a adjacent system is alerted.
