| Description | Mousing over the "Problems" segment of the issues bar causes the game to constantly cycle through and recalculate the issues. This should probably only happen once per mouse over (at most). | ||||

The tooltip logic for that was totally changed in adding the new planning window, so this is no longer a problem :) |
