Description | Neural implant malfunction events spit out a null reference instead of the building(s) they're shutting down. Kinda feels wonky otherwise too, but I haven't been able to pin down why. It kinda seems like hitting the turn button fails out more often when they're going on or something? Like, I hit it, and don't see my income tick up or buildings build, and I wasn't paying attention to the turn number so couldn't say what it was exactly. So I hit it another time or two and things eventually happen. That may be related to the Neural Implant events or it might be me missing something or it might be something else. | ||||

I believe they aren't finding the building they are attached to. Save attached with example null. |

I'll have to run another game or attack another territory from a save I've already 'won'. But it always happens. The devs could just alter any save or game state to give themselves citizens with damaged implants and they should see it. |

For 0.919: * Changed the recently revised logic for triggering some prisoner, expatriate, and neural implant events to always pick a target building, so that the related commands could make sense. ** Also fixed a bug where the execution logic of several event commands was not checking for "if my location is null, don't do anything", and thus was causing null exceptions in those cases.
