Summary	0017676: Tile Sprite For Injured Citizens Remains After Building Is Destroyed
Description	If citizens manage to be injured in combat and the building at the location is destroyed, the little bandage sprite remains on the tile until a new building is built on that tile. Also happens with Krolin Dropships. The Injured Citizen tile mod probably remains until the game does a check on the building under construction at that.
