I didn't build a dump at all and eventually (a lot longer than normal) I got warnings about trash dumps nearing capacity. So it still happens, maybe tweaked a little too much? |

I finally got a warning and problem in Act 2. But I should have had issues far earlier, at least I think I should have. I can't actually tell how much garbage is there. |
