Description | From https://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php?topic=18218.0 - Almost all secondary weapons feel worse that primary gun, and that isn't ammo limited. - Super crazy short range for most of them. - The few that don't (orbital strike weapon) are crazy OP (at least at the level I'm playing on). - The high pressure shotgun is the only "close range" weapon that I see even kind worth it, but I generally lose too much shields using it. | ||||

Just to note, since this got assigned, this has improved with the energy system changes. Some of the weapons are still too short range though IMO. |

Loooots of balance work went in on this in the intervening time. From Mission: "The only weapons at this point with really short range make up for it by being really powerful or they’re a melee weapon." Thanks! |
