| Description | Frequently I find myself checking all of the border planets to see which ones have a warp gate nearby. This would be a lot easier if I could tell at a glance which of my planets were at risk for a wave. A good way to do this would be to add a new color to the wormhole lines connecting the planets. Currently there's green to a friendly planet and yellow to an enemy planet. I'd suggest adding a new line color (probably red or orange) that would point to a planet with a warp gate and have yellow point to planets without a warp gate. This would make managing waves and coordinating gate raids a lot easier. cross-posted from the forums. | ||||

on the planet view, the ones without gates on them have a more orange name, whereas the ones with gates are red. Of course, this only helps at the planet level |

I have a pretty good monitor and am not color-blind that I know of, but I find the difference between normal "red" and the "no warp gate-full" orange to be extremely hard to eyeball. Perhaps change it to yellow? |

The colored lines would get just a bit too crazy, I think. We already have a filter for just that, though: hit W and it shows you the hostile wormholes. Only those with wormholes show a text popup. I use that all the time, myself. |
