Summary | 0018305: Redshift move + shoot is somewhat annoying
Description | So here's the deal w/ Redshift, shooting and/or moving advances time. However, since you need to stop shooting to think, you have to move + hold mouse button down AT THE SAME TIME if you want be "optimal" and not start moving and then shoot or the other way around. If you tap one "too early" time advances w/o movement or shooting. I originally thought, why not have redshift either always fire when you move (graphically annoying) or holding fire does not advance time until you move (like secondary/missile - see 0018304). I don't have a great idea off the top of my head.

I don't think that there's a real optimal way around that. Being able to stand still and shoot is huuuugely valuable in a lot of circumstances. |
