Summary	0018496: Game does not pause on focus loss / does not lock mouse to monitor in fullscreen mode
Description	I accidentally clicked on my second monitor during a miniboss battle which minimized the game, and the game continued running, dealing several points of damage to me before I could bring the game back up. I run the game in fullscreen mode on Windows 10, and the game does not appear to lock the mouse to the primary monitor in fullscreen mode as I would expect it to.
