I can do the Space Invader updates. About the other stuff, you want Misery to deal with it or should I implement it?

I don't think the Invader Boss is balanced, but I'm not good enough at the game to make that call. Feedback here would be good.
The new boss and new enemies anyone can take a look. I was under the impression I should bother Misery with that sort of content, but whomever is fine with me. The enemies are perfectly reasonable once they get a little art work. The new boss is utterly and completely broken, but hilarious.

I also freely admit they are all very derivative.

But I still like them.

Especially compared to Blaze Turrets.

Yeah, either myself or Misery can handle enemy integration, although Misery has a way better grasp on balance issues. Since Misery has just gone to sleep, I'll handle this stuff, thanks!

I'm marking this as resolved so that Misery doesn't accidentally start doing the integration, which probably wouldn't happen, but just in case. The new Space Invader is in, but might need tweaking. The Reanimator boss looks like it could be crazy awesome, but that's going to need a bit more time. I'm thinking it might need some custom art, for example. I'm going to wait for Chris and Misery to review it then we'll work on the implementation, probably. I'll look at the Abmoog rotary tomorrow. There was also some new rain cannon code, that's not part of these designs, right?

Other than that, some great stuff in this. Cheers!

That's pretty my thoughts. I didn't think any of it was really ready. I mostly wanted to get tweaking thoughts on the Invader. The Reanimator is very rough, but I wanted to check if you guys thought the direction was good. I had already spent a lot of time on it and if you didn't like the direction it was going, I could cut some losses. I do think the zombies are pretty good, but the art was a big question as well.

The Abmoog and Rain cannon were some residual code examples that we were talking about. If you guys want to do anything with them that's fine with me, but there isn't much depth there.

Ok, thanks. I'll see what the guys think of Reanimator, certainly very interesting. I won't do anything with the Abmoog probably then if it's just an example, although Misery might want to check it out. Cheers!

As for Invader, the addition of the Kamikaze spawners seems fine as a Hard to Misery variation (which is what I've set them at). Should be good.

I'll either have a look at the boss tonight or tomorrow; hard to tell. Right now my arm is a bit screwed up (again) or I'd have dealt with this much earlier. Not a very productive day. Yay, nerve pain...

For the Misery mode stuff in particular though, dont be surprised if a pile of changes are made (this applies to basically everything, not just this stuff). Particularly as I havent actually shown anyone yet an example of what that difficulty mode is going to really be like, heh. I hope to have such an example in the next couple of days.
