This might be ptarth's recent additions. Might want to check the kill switches :)

Hmmm, not sure which enemy this is. Probably the snakes....in which case, some changes to these guys have already been made courtesy of Ptarth, so maybe those changes would've fixed it. Can't really easily fix this problem without knowing which enemies cause the problem.

I think those are the culprits. I think the attack is on a loop and just needs a flag.

I haven't seen this problem with the snakes, if the problem was there, maybe Ptarth's changes fixed it. What was causing the problem was a little vague, too. This can probably be closed, I think, but I'll leave it for Chris to look over.

Woops. I didn't see this at the time.
It would be the snakes. They fire a shot which then generates the entire snake. The change made was to make the shots faster, which means less of a time window for you to kill the ship. A potential solution would be to have a "snake egg' shot, from which the snake comes.
