DescriptionAttached are two saves: In the first one (from Jun 10th), I saved immediately after getting a sound issue (with the log showing some red messages, but I was too busy at the time to read them).

The second time around, directly after the sound error showed up I tried to save, and the game started to lag really badly, I got around 1 or 2 FPS. The save apparently failed, and the message about critical errors and how it's probably gonna affect this run with more errors from now on showed up. I got back to the main menu, and the FPS returned to normal.

I quit, reopened the game and tried to load the save (Jun 11 in the attachment), and suddenly, I'm back to the beginning of the third floor I was on, but with three minibots instead of one. So it's not the latest save (I already explored everything on that floor), but also not the save from the beginning of third floor (I never, ever had multiple minibots).

I'm sorry that I cannot provide a save from when the freeze and critical error actually happened, but the error showed up because it failed to save in the first place, so there was no way to do it.

The only other thing I noted was that my notebook was running hot, but not exceptionally. OS is Windows 10 32 bit, 4 GB of RAM, with 3 of them actually usable by programs.

I also put UnhandledErrors.txt into the zip file. Any other logs that could help?

Unofficial feedback.
As a general note, the /RuntimeData/ folder contains ArcenDebugLog.txt which stores error messages from the console. Generally, just grab all of the logs there.

Looking at your log it shows you ran out of memory, possibly due to RAM fragmentation or just using it all. Were you running other things? What sort of video card?

Your sound errors are probably a separate issue, although if you could post your logs, I could track that down for you.

The multiple minibots is interesting. I'm not sure what cause that, although your saves may be all corrupted in some form, which might be related.

I will not be on my old notebook for a week or two since it was the one I keep at my parents' home. It might just not be up to the task anymore. I had an antivirus program, Steam and the game running, and some non-memory intensive things like update schedulers. The usual stuff. Perhaps Firefox.

Video card is a GeForce 310M, running a 1366x768 window. I don't remember touching any of the graphics options, so it should be on default settings.

It seems I have an old dxdiag from that notebook lying around (copy&paste be praised), so I can give you that but not much more for the time being. Would that help?

The GeForce 310M specs look sufficient to run it. Feel free to post the dxdiag, but I'm not sure if it would help. The other logs would be the most immediately useful.

Okay, I uploaded the ArcenDebugLog.txt. The only other files were non-log files like inputbindings and sysrequirements.

ArcenDebugLog.txt supports the hypothesis of running out of memory. I can't interpret it beyond that. I've forwarded it to the responsible parties. Under some set of circumstances memory seems to be eaten up by something which then causes issues. We haven't been able to point out a Unity, OS, or SR based source. Given the rarity of the memory error, I'm not very hopeful on resolution until we are able to collect more data on the issue.

Regardless thanks for the report and files. We'll keep track of these and hopefully track things down.
