Just in:

- beam cannon mechanic fleshed out
- beam cannon visualization hooks and default implementation
-- //CHRIS_TODO: this is where the beam "cone" is translating to a set of lines (which may be just one line, though current examples are always multiple); so if you want it to draw in some other way this is the place; variable "set" has all the data passed in from the sim

I've attached a test chamber save so you can readily see it in action. Just load it and watch the 3-caps-of-mkI-cannon near your Ark murder the incoming 5-caps-of-armor-ships . You can also bring the AI shield flagship or AI assault flagship over to test against those. There's some kind of bug preventing the AI ships from doing the correct damage to the cannon, but that won't affect the purpose of this test.

* The visuals for the various types of beams (tractor, tachyon, repair, claim) have all been redone to look nicer, and the beam weapon effects for conical and individual beam weapons are also now in place. Finally, you can actually see your beam weapons! And it looks cool!
