Summary	0019426: Context sensuality of [0/backquote] menu is not made clear
Description	The menu is always called [0/backquote] menu even if the functionality changes depending on what is currently selected. The changing functionality is only revealed when the menu is opened. The context sensuality should show earlier. It should show at the same time as the selection is done that effects the functionality. It should show by changing the name of the menu when the selection is made, not after the menu is opened.
