Summary0019566: Warp gates should not be auto-destroyed
DescriptionSo while killing a warp gate no longer produces AIP, the fact that they are killed automatically means you can't strategically leave some alive to control where the AI waves will come from.

          target_type_for_player="NeverAutotargetButAllowManualTarget"
to the WarpGate xml entry

Related to this, Flagships/Ark should not auto-capture planet after killing AI controller

This issue has caused AIP to increase more than I would like in my campaign as I can't leave the planet neutral
