Maybe? I have two spheres on the map. The other one is off-screen and the same color, but has not been freed yet. The one on screen has been freed, hence the "Allied ships" in the Ships tab

Had something similar, AI Hunter Fleet shows up as white/third party Strength instead of as AI Strength.
