I specifically made them not have the name drone in them, just because I feel like it's irrelevant to the player. Why does it matter, if you aren't the one controlling it? I figured that this would be a welcome bit of simplicity, but I'm quite possibly missing something. |

The wiki update page says that the Marauders use drones. But it seems that they are not drones at all? The drones have the same stats as the regular ships. Compare all the images on this page. So the drones *are* the regular ships, just not produced by a space dock. Now I don't know if they actually are drones or not. I thought drones are supposed to be weaker than their space dock counterparts. |

I'm indifferent to what these units are called as long as it is clear to the players what's going on. Perhaps the simplest solution is just to remove the word "Drone" from the description for the marauders? The marauder defenders are limited to the planet with their controlling unit (Marauder outposts), so they are distinct in behaviour from a regular ship.
Drones are currently identical to the base ship, but are limited to the planet with their controlling unit on it (so if you have a carrier starship that spawned drones and the carrier dies, the drones will all die in short order), and drones are not controlled by the player. I think in all other ways they are the same. |

Well, I'm over it. It doesn't really matter. I was just nitpicking. I now have an actual problem with drones. The description says "Loses 0.1% hull health every second it is not on the same planet as its parent ship." Except it loses 10% of it's health. I checked. See the save, Planet bottom left. 0.1% would be 0.001. 0.001 x 1900 (hull health of V-Wing drone) = 1.9 hull lost per second. That's not 10%. |

The .savemet didn't upload for some reason. |

I have fixed the "drone not dying at the right rate" problem. I have also tweaked the descriptions of Marauder Drones to make clear that they are defense only. |
