I'm seeing this as well, but in multiplayer it's even weirder. My friend takes the system, he gets the colony and I get a foldout. His colony can't build ships, but my foldout can. Save attached, the system in question is Groombridge at the bottom of the map. Edit: Even weirder, on reloading that save his colony starts working properly. Perhaps its related to processing the change of ownership? |
