Summary0020779: Marauder Outpost drones ignore their cap
DescriptionOccurred to me that...it might be because they are stacking. It only counts the top unit for its cap, each time one gets put into a stack it goes "Oh I need a new drone" and does it over and over.

Maybe. They're not different from any other drone spawner. Might also explain why Raider Starships seemed to be more numerous than expected in an older save...figured it was just from the sheer planet count they had at the time, but I recall them being fairly stacked as well.

Planet Noether. Not sure they should have around 400 drones per Outpost. At the end it had over 20,000 drones.

That's dev build, by the way. New systems on units, so loading it in anything else'll error.
