Summary0002107: All reclamation creates zombies
DescriptionThe latest updates in the way reclaim functions (+50%, depends on mark level) feels a bit awkward, and there are a few edge cases where the outcome is uncertain (Ship takes 99% damage from normal sources then an overkill reclamation shot of +50% hits it... is the ship reclaimed? Ship takes damage from a mix of marks... is it reclaimed?)

The simplest solution I can think of would be to remove the mark requirement, and possibly lower/remove the 50% requirement, and have all ships reclaimed as zombies.

Stops players from [ab]using reclaim to create *free* fleets, and already exists in zombie guardians and botnet golems. It also creates design space for anti-zombie abilities and perhaps a transport that scoops up allied zombies for later use.

Zombies have their place, but they'd make reclamation with non-botnet ships a very difficult proposition because you'd end up with a piddly trickle of zombies into enemy territory given the current killing rate of parasites and leeches, which is just inefficient.

I would be absolutely lynched if I changed reclaimed units to be zombies. That's definitely a no-go.

I didn't think about the trickle rate to closely. I was thinking "more ships allowed to be reclaimed" but they'd be zombies. However, it doesn't really matter how many are reclaimed because they'll still trickle through (rate vs. quantity).
