Summary | 0021361: Invisible sticky off-planet selections
Description | When you press the hotkey to select a fleet that doesn't have any ships on the current planet, nothing happens at first. But if you then select a fleet that does have ships on the current planet, both fleets get selected. Issuing orders in planet view only affects the units at the current planet, as usual, but if you tab back out to galaxy view your orders will affect the off-planet fleets as well. To reproduce: 1. Start a new game. 2. Send your starting fleet to a different planet and follow them through. 3. Press 2. 4. Press 1. You now have both your strike fleet and your combat factory selected.
