Summary0021444: Multiplayer: Show IP on host, and client connection by IP.
DescriptionFirst of all, on the client and host, it would be nice for us to be able to say "here is your public internet IP address" in some fashion. I guess in the lobby on the host, or on the main menu or something. Something that can be cut and pasted, though. Sending people over to whatismyipaddress.com or similar is really nonideal, I'd like that built in.

Secondly, we need a way for clients to connect via typing in the IP of the host, and it should remember the last IP that they typed in.
