Summary	0021535: Make Advanced Research Stations unclaimable
Description	It's really annoying to have an ARS captured that you'd like to hack later, but the ai can destroy at any time if you happen to capture a planet with an ARS. so i suggest either make the ARS unclaimable or untargetable by ai.

Asteroid Sep 4, 2019 3:43 am reporter ~0052809	The description still says you can claim them though, it hasn't been updated to match the change in functionality I guess? And it feels weird not to get a discount on the hack when you own the system, since you get one for GCAs.
