Summary0021791: Effects that occur on planet entry work from unloading Transports
DescriptionSpecifically Vanguards, Pulsar Tanks and Raiders.

Fleet 0000002 "PulseBomb" has every relevant unit I have. Simply unload it, tell one Pulsar Tank to shoot the Command Station, then use Weapon Activity Detail in the Tooltips option tab to check the damage from the Augmented Pulse Cannon weapon. It should show a number high enough indicating it had the bonus.

proposed fix: when unloading a ship from being transported, that ship inherits "Time spent on planet" from the Flagship.
