Summary | 0022058: Add Icon or indicator to a flagship when it's full (using percentages)
Description | I find myself often sending my fleets in without them actually being fully loaded. A little tiny icon somewhere on the ships would be nice, similar to the x80 / x100. The x80/x100 is not very helpful.

What if instead of x80+ it said "Y%" where that's the % of the units loaded into the transport? |
Hey Chris, what do you think about the "Showing % for flagships" approach? I usually just want to know 'what percentage loaded am I', and knowing the number of units in a flagship doesn't help unless I know how many total units there are in the fleet, which I don't memorize. If you like this approach, I've added a "Get Percentage of units transported" function to a GameEntity_Squad. I spent a bit of time looking at the gimbal code to see how hard it would be to show Y% instead of xNUMBER+, but it's not particularly obvious. how to replace the x+ with a % |
on the galaxy map, I look to see when these are "full" before I send them across the galaxy The percentage is a better indicator--tells me exactly when they are full |
Agreed totally on this. Even if it isn't a percentage a tiny dot to say its full would be nice. |
I'll have to make some all-new graphics for these to make that possible, since this is not actually text being rendered but instead is actually it choosing from prerendered images. I agree this is something to do, for sure, and I can make said images, though. I'll try to get to this in the next week. |
