Summary0022179: Waiting out Reserves as a valid strategy
DescriptionProbably shouldn't be possible to just wait out reserves after they are triggered, and then traverse the system again after they have despawned.

A portion of the reserve fleet becoming threat when despawning (if not dealt with) possible coupled with a small strength nerf to the reserves seems like a good solution with a clear cost for triggering them in the first place.

Alternately, allowing reserves to follow the player back 1-2 systems from the spawn location would also be a pretty effective deterrent.
