why would you want to obscure the player's ability to assess how good the ship line is? |

You have it backwards flypaste. Today you might see: Parasite: 30 if you C click an ARS but if you hack it you get 34 (due to technologies) The bug is that C click should take into account the tech level and show 34, what you get. |

yes, that's the problem, you're obscuring the player's ability to see how good the ship line is. people can't do the math in their head to figure out what the base line count is and whether it's worth their time or not. |

Flypaste - Please stop accusing the developers of intentionally obscuring anything here. It's a bug, I found it and reported it. It hasn't been fixed yet. No one here disagrees with fixing it, it just hasn't been done yet. |

If being able to see the base line count in the ARS is a bug, then the ability to see it elsewhere needs to be added so that players are capable of making informed decisions. |

It's been awhile since this was filed, I believe we aren't doing ranges now, so fixed? |
