| Description | I want to add a GCA type that grants mass drivers/ion cannons/magnifiers or whatever, but I want it to grant 1 for the player to place anywhere in the galaxy, and I want that number to go up with mk ups and additional GCAs. So improving your capacity doesn't improve your cap on each planet, it improves your galaxy-wide cap. | ||||
