This happens when re-loading a game. |

They become visible again after unpausing (requires 1 frame?) It was moderately confusing the first time I encountered it nevertheless. A fix would be nice. |

For a lot of things, the game needs to have actually run the Sim in order for us to fill in the information for tooltips or UI. Minor UI issues that present only when the player has never unpaused a game will not be fixed. There is almost no benefit to fixing it and the amount of work required would be extensive. |
