| Description | Note that this is for 4.063 but that's not in the selection box yet. It seems like a lot more ship icons have gone missing from my icon view, unless I turn icon grouping off entirely. See screenshots for examples of ships disappearing as they go from graphical representation to icon representation. At first I'd thought they'd just gone missing, but after playing around with the settings I saw that adjusting the grouping distance made them all come back, but this doesn't seem like the behavior I'm used to before this patch. | ||||

Keith, I assume that this is related to the far zoom icon combination. Bob, as a workaround you can set the far zoom icon combination level to zero temporarily in that option in settings, interface. That should fix it but will harm performance some. Just remember your old setting for if you want to put it back after the fix. ;) |

Yeah, in fact 0 seems to be the only place that they'll show up at all. Any other grouping setting is losing most of the ships around a guard post or other stationary thing. But that works fine for me for now, thanks for looking into it! |
