| Summary | 0022959: Dead AI spaws regular waves and Dyson Antagonizers | ||||
| Description | Campaign started in version 2.001 or 2.002. I killed one of the two AIs I am playing against. The dead one (primary AI) is spawning a wave against the one that is still active. I attached a save called "Dead AI Spawning waves". This behaviour may, or may not, have been triggered by me destroying both of the AI Commication Nodes after the death of the first AI. I am also certain this same AI spawned in a wave to destroy some Marauders that settled on the planets above it's former homeworld at some earlier point. It had no other way of getting it's forces there. I had cleared those planets out before killing the AI, and at the time of this save only the AI wave remnants are left (Marauders are cleared out). On a related note, this same AI, still dead, is also warping in a Dyson Antagonizer. I attached a save called "Dead AI Spawning Dyson Antagonizer". This Antagonizer did at least spawn on a planet owned by this AI. I would suggest making this thing be spawned by any AI that's still alive. | ||||

I've made some changes to try to have various code paths try to select living AI factions when possible |
