Summary	0023285: Faction Colour Change doesn't change colours of planets
Description	Right after I started a game, I changed the colours of the AI factions. The planet colours don't change, though they do when I select each individual planet. Savefile attached.

ynof Jun 11, 2020 5:05 pm reporter ~0057283	Oh, and another minor thing: even in an AI Civil War, Warden Fleet Bases spawn on other AIs' planets, causing the fighting to kick of pretty much instantly.
