Summary	0023865: Hacking a VG for a ship line doesnt always give a ship line
Description	This is my 3rd hack on a VG for a ship line - the first one gave nothing, second one gave a ship line, third attempt (saved right before it succeeds) gave nothing. Save uses more starting options, civilian industry, spire railgun shop.

crawlers Oct 2, 2020 4:21 pm reporter ~0058915	With additional testing I determined that it seems to be approximately a 50/50 chance to grant the ship line - reloading right before it succeeds results in another chance to get the line or lose it.
