Summary0002426: Dyson Spawns - possible behaviour problem
DescriptionDyson Spawns does not attack cold-stored (low-power) AI ships. Due to this, as enemy is still present on a planet, they tend to gather up, but whenever you touch those cold-stored guys, Dysons kill them and move on as expected.

In other words, dysons gather up in a planet, continuously, and does not move as long as there are cold-stored enemies on the planet. Rather than Cleaning/Grouping/Moving, they just group up.

Can provide a save if you want. I don't know if this is intended - but it can be abused

* Minor Faction ships are no longer barred from shooting at low-power AI ships. This fixes some issues with the devourer not doing its job, as well as the dyson gatlings not doing their thing always, too.
