Summary0024815: DLC2 Outguard causing bugs (I don't mean Murderflies)
DescriptionThe Monarch Outguard is causing the Outguard faction to shutdown shortly after being activated, I suspect other Outguard have this problem

Easy to reproduce, simply activate the Outguard on any planet and it should trigger shortly thereafter
