| Description | I have never not seen it be the fleet you start with. In my latest campaign I used the starting fleet for maybe 30 minutes at most, before I converted it to a High Energy Transport and never touched it again. What about the cloaked transport I got almost immediately and used for several hours, that fleet is more deserving, or really anything else. It reflects poorly on the civilian leadership as well. Not sure how you would decide the best fleet exactly (number of kills, or amount of hacks performed), but a random choice would be better than the starting fleet every time. | ||||
