Description | Currently, there are three minelayer frigates, using separate hull types and weapon types. They have the same cap, and are generally only minelayers in the sense that they each deploy some stationary object. Adjust them such that these distinctions are more meaningful, for example: Light Minelayer Frigate -> Minelayer picket ship- Functionally the same (gravity mines, engine paralyzers), but 9->12 cap, adjusted down strength as appropriate, (alt: snare picket ship?) Minelayer Frigate -> Minelayer Corvette - again, functionally the same (frag mines), probably keep 9 cap, no actual changes other than name Heavy minelayer Frigate -> Minelayer frigate - tractor beams and main gun are fine, but adjust the cap down from 9 -> 6 (alt, tractor frigate?) Mechanically, the change would be virtually irrelevant, but I feel it might benefit to have a slightly different naming convention on these than 'minelayer FFL' | ||||
