Summary0026339: elite ships have shield strength 0
DescriptionI loaded up elite ships like encircling spider in a transport (9) shown in save game. Then I noticed they all had shield strength 0. This game is a continuation of the game that had a command station that couldn't load turrets (that issue went away after updating the build and rebuilding the command station). I've been playing this game since before the dueling tractor beam crash. I've provided the save and the player log hoping it will help.

I loaded your saves and looked at a number of the ships; like the Inciting parasite, encircling spider and valkyrie cruiser. In each case, the XML says that these ships actually have no personal shields. No sign of any bug here.
