Summary0026925: Boost tooltip not resetting correctly
DescriptionThe igor's tooltip in the screenshot shows that it's boosting a necromancer shipyard, but there is none in the system. Reloading the save fixes it, so the UI most likely doesn't change state after the igor stops boosting.
