Description | It has been mentioned to me that Humans and Necromancer build power should not have any crossover. For the Necromancer: A functional Necromancer Necropolis with a shipyard can reconstruct human command center remains. For the Human: Human engineers can assist the Necromancer in repairing Necromancer ships, repairing crippled Necromancer flagships, and assisting a Necropolis or shipyard in building ships (but not structures). All at metal cost to the human. | ||||
