Summary0002793: Black widow shots oddities
DescriptionIf you are moving a Black Widow, and moving towards things you have tractored, your shots have major issues catching up with those units, I assume because those units are using a speed of either 0 or their base speed(which for ai units on your own planets, is rather low), yet the units are actually moving at the black widows speed(160 on a friendly planet).

Thus, you get a weird situation where the best strategy is to juke back and forth quickly to make the shots hit the targets that you have tractored, and it takes quite a bit of micro. I assume this is an issue with etherjets(and other similar units), but since you aren't depending on the etherjet to actually kill units, no one has noticed/cared.

Suggestion: Have these units actually given a speed of the unit they are tractored to, thus calc shot speed as if they had speed 160 in this case.

Groups some riot ships/martyrs(or anything else thats mobile with tractorbeams) with a fleet and see them go when defending on of your logy planets.
This happens where missiles are combined with mobile-tractors and speedboosts.

For 5.002:

* The "shot travels at least 40 speed faster than its target's current speed" logic has been extended to include "shot travels at least 40 speed faster than its target's tractor-er's current speed", since in the "tow" case the target's current speed is almost always zero.
